Scholarship Program
Scholarships for college-bound South Suburban seniors, funded by the chapter's Annual Scholarship Golf Outing.
Chi Lambda Lambda's Annual Golf Outing is a structured scholarship fundraiser in support of education and community uplift. In the 2024–2025 fraternal year, proceeds funded $9,000 in scholarships — six awards of $1,500 each — for college-bound high school seniors selected on academic achievement, leadership potential, and character.
The chapter also conducts the annual Talent Hunt, the Fraternity's signature performing-arts program. The 2025 Talent Hunt at Sherman Recital Hall gave high school performers a collegiate-level stage and scholarship support for excellence in music, vocal, and instrumental performance.
Chi Lambda Lambda additionally meets its assessed contribution to the Fraternity's College Endowment Fund, which commits no less than $50,000 annually to strengthening Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
