The Chi Lambda Lambda Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who visits chilambdalambda.com. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the details of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. When you make a gift or pay dues we collect your name, email, and the amount — payment card details go directly to our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect limited, standard analytics such as the pages you visit, general device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We keep this lightweight and use it only to understand and improve the site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to deliver the newsletter you have opted into, to process donations and dues, to operate and improve the website, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers below who help us run the site, or when required by law.

4. Payments

Donations and dues are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number is handled by Stripe under the PCI Data Security Standard; the chapter never sees or stores it. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

5. Email and Newsletter

Contact-form messages are delivered to the chapter through our transactional email provider, Resend. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp using double opt-in — you must confirm your subscription from a link we email you before you are added, and every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We take a privacy-first approach and use only the minimal cookies necessary for the site to function and for lightweight analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the core site will continue to work.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to external websites, including the national Fraternity and our member portal. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.

9. Your Choices and Rights
