Achievement Week 2024

A full week of service and celebration: worship at Valley Kingdom Ministries International, a Monday Night Football fundraiser at Maxey's in Hazel Crest, service at the St. Moses the Black Food Pantry, a community Health Fair at the Rich Township STEM Campus, bowling fellowship at Centennial Lanes, the Joint Chicagoland Founders' Day Banquet at the Hilton Oak Lawn, the XLL Founders Toast, and the Chicago Bruhz Founders' Day Observance.

At the November 15 Citywide Banquet, the chapter honored Mr. Jimmy Akintonde — President and CEO of Ujamaa Construction and a member of the Lakeside Alliance team building the Obama Presidential Center — as its 2024 Citizen of the Year; named Bro. Mark Parrish its Omega Man of the Year; and celebrated Sydney Langston of Rich Township High School as High School Essay Contest winner for his essay “The Bigger Picture.”
